Importance of Project Stakeholder Management

  • 원래는 project communication management의 일부였고, 2013년에 새로 개념이 독립되었다.
  • Some people may lose their jobs when a project is completed.
    -> PM might be viewed as enemies
  • When it helps increase profits, produce new jobs, or increase pay for certain stakeholders
    -> could be viewed as allies

PM must learn to identify, understand, and work with a variety of stackholders
