Importance of Project Stakeholder Management
- 원래는 project communication management의 일부였고, 2013년에 새로 개념이 독립되었다.
- Some people may lose their jobs when a project is completed.
-> PM might be viewed as enemies
- When it helps increase profits, produce new jobs, or increase pay for certain stakeholders
