접근

• 간단한 완전탐색 문제이다.
• 가로로 눕힐지, 세로로 눕힐지 정해야하는데, 작은 쪽은 작은 쪽끼리, 긴 쪽은 긴 쪽끼리 나열하여 이에 맞는 크기를 탐색한다.
