대문자 -> 소문자, 소문자 -> 대문자 변환

C++에서 대문자 ↔ 소문자 변환은 보통 tolower, toupper를 사용 (cctype 라이브러리 추가)

다만 직접 계산은 알파벳 여부 체크를 해야 해서 tolower, toupper 사용이 안전
