RTX3090에 맞는 Torchvision 설치하기

AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled

torchvision을 이용하여 코드 실행 시 다음과 같은 오류가 발생하면
torchvision이 RTX3090에 맞지 않는 버전 인 것이다

이러한 경우

pip install torch==1.7.1+cu110 torchvision==0.8.2+cu110 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

pip install torch==1.13.1 torchvision==0.14.1

와 같이 설치해주면 정상작동하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
