Why attach (1, 1) conv?
$\because$ to reduce num of parameters

Why (1, 1) first?
$\because$ for a more significant reduction in the num of parameters

(3, 3) 커널 2개로 (5, 5) 1개의 효과!

1. Inception Net 1 + VGG의 idea
   즉, (5, 5) 대신 (3, 3) 2개를 사용
2. bottleneck 때문에 pooling 말고 conv(stride 2) 사용
