기본적인 활용 방법

The animation, if any, associated with the current state change.

Associates a transition with the view.

오프셋이란, 기준이 되는 주소에 더해지는 값을 의미한다. View 타입에 적용되는 이 메소드는 x, y 값 입력을 통해 해당 View 의 위치를 조정한다.
